The Shenmu Shenxin AAC production line project represents the 15th and 16th AAC lines jointly delivered by TEEYER and Xinfa Group.

From groundbreaking to full-scale production, the project was completed in just five months, demonstrating efficient project execution. Designed as a high-capacity AAC production line with an annual output of 1,200,000 m³, the facility adopts a parallel dual-line layout to maximize productivity.

The AAC production line integrates a new flat autoclaving process, significantly enhancing overall capacity while improving product pass rates and consistency. In addition, the non-pallet packaging system enables flexible packing for blocks of various specifications and models, meeting diverse market demands with greater efficiency.

The Shenmu Shenxin project not only highlights TEEYER’s core technical strengths but also marks another solid milestone in its deep and enduring cooperation with Xinfa Group.
