Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a lightweight, precast building material with over 70 years of global application in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. AAC is made from natural raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder. The unique manufacturing process creates a porous concrete that combines structural strength, thermal insulation, and fire resistance in a single product.

This section focuses on the processing and storage of raw materials.
This section is responsible for fabricating steel mesh (cage) required for the panels, as well as manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
In this section, raw materials are mixed into a pouring mixer and then poured into mould. During the production, the steel mesh is inserted into the slurry by pin-inserting hoister, and the mould is transported to the pre-curing room via a ferry cart. The slurry will form into the green cake by foaming and hardening. Subsequently, the mould transports the green cake to the cutting section by pre-curing ferry cart, withdrawing the inserted mesh holding beans at the same time.
The grouped green cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by traction mechanism and ferry carts. Once the autoclaving is completed, the products will be pulled out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished products packing section.
This is the core section during the AAC block and panel production. The mould with green cake is demoulded by tilting hoister, and the green cake along with side plate are placed on a cutting cart, shaped through the process of profile cutting, horizontal cutting and vertical cutting. Bottom waste is removed by tilting table and scraper, then recycled. At last, the green cake is loaded by hoister and ferry cart.
This section handles the sorting, stacking, packaging, and transportation to storage yard of white cakes, which have been separated after autoclave.

Steam Energy Efficiency Management System
The system employs high-efficiency steam traps to achieve zero steam leakage. The discharged high-temperature condensate can be utilized for mold and pre-curing heating, reducing steam consumption. For steam discharged from the autoclave, a combination of steam reflux and heat recovery is adopted to maximize energy utilization. Low-pressure steam and high-temperature hot water are further used to heat boiler feedwater, ensuring optimal waste heat recovery.
The servo side cutter adopts servo cylinder drive, precisely controlling the feed amount of each scraper, ensuring a smoother and more even cutting surface. The tongue and groove cutter is equipped with four types of cutters.
It precisely adjusts the cutting position of each wire and allows for setting loss compensation according to the cutting wire diameter, significantly enhancing product dimensional accuracy, reducing deviations caused by manual wire placing. Additionally, it features wire breakage alarms and automatic wire cleaning functions.
It automatically adjusts the position of the separating supports based on product specifications to complete the green cake separation process. After separation, the result is inspected to ensure quality. The green cake separator is well-suited for vertical cutting and horizontal autoclaving processes. It helps reduce adhesion during autoclaving, prevents damage during separation, and improves the overall product qualification rate.
The system features a wide range of automated functions, including automatic dowel cleaning, fastener conveying, precise positioning and arrangement of dowel frames, automatic fastener installation, steel mesh circulation, and mesh assembly. These capabilities significantly enhance production efficiency, ensure stable operation, and reduce overall production costs.
The system combines a rotary clamping device with a block-selecting clamp to stack the blocks, enabling both palletized and non-palletized linear conveying. This flexible solution meets the packaging requirements for various product specifications and enhances the efficiency of finished product handling.
The mould cleaning device automatically removes waste residue from the mould, enhancing production line automation and optimizing the working environment.
It adopts automatic transverse movement technology, greatly improving the production efficiency of the whole production line.
Bottom waste removing hoist tilts the cake and removes the bottom waste on the move, which improves productivity and is more commonly used in high output block production lines.
The walking wheels and key moving components are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which enables automatic oil supply to the bearings of moving parts. This reduces equipment failures and downtime, thereby improving production efficiency.
The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system deeply integrates the intelligent module with the automation equipment, transforms the traditional management mode into the digital management mode, and strives to ensure that customers can control the production cost more accurately.
